Circuits designed around the crop, the rack layout and the room — not bought off a shelf.

01 System Types
The right circuit for the crop
NFT Best for - leafy greens, tight rows, fast turnaround
DWC / DFT Best for - buffered solution temperature, propagation
Ebb & Flow Best for - trays, nursery and propagation
Drip Best for - substrate-grown crops, per-plant control
Aeroponics Best for - high-oxygen root zones, propagation
02 Solution Temperature
Solution temperature, controlled
Root-zone temperature drives dissolved oxygen, root vigour and disease pressure — and it is the variable most growers overlook. We specify solution temperature control as part of the system, not an optional add-on.
In published lettuce trials, running the solution at 26 °C instead of 16 °C raised soluble sugar content by about 67% and root activity by about 106% (Xie Peining). This is one reason solution temperature sits inside our core scope rather than left to the grower to retrofit.

03 Circulation & Recovery
Circulation, filtration and disinfection
Pumps, filtration and disinfection (UV / ozone) sized to the loop, with level management that keeps the solution moving without flooding the trays. Recovery is designed so water and unused nutrient return to the system — not down a drain.
04 Solution Monitoring
Measured, not guessed
Online monitoring of EC, pH and dissolved oxygen is standard on a commercial hydroponic line. We build it in from the start so the loop runs on readings, not routine — and so dosing and circulation respond to the solution's actual state.

05 Rack Integration
Built to the rack, not around it

06 What We Deliver
What we deliver
A complete irrigation scope: circuit selection, solution temperature, circulation and disinfection, monitoring, and rack integration — specified, installed and commissioned with the rest of the system.

FAQ.
Q: Which hydroponic method is best for commercial lettuce?
A: It depends on the room and the business model, but for leafy greens NFT and DWC/DFT are the workhorses. We recommend after seeing the layout and target.
Q: Do you supply trays and channels?
A: Yes — including Ebb & Flow trays. Specific dimensions are confirmed per project.
Q: Do you provide nutrient dosing as well?
A: Yes, fertigation (dosing) is a separate system in our range — see Fertigation & Nutrient Dosing. It is engineered to work with the irrigation loop.
Q: Is 26 °C always the right solution temperature?
A: No. That figure is a published lettuce-trial result, not a universal setting. We set solution temperature per crop, stage and room conditions.
